reVerb Communications provided full social media support, including the development of a monthly content calendar with photography, post copy, and platform planning. Instagram and Facebook were the primary channels used to highlight product offerings, seasonal features, and promotions.

Working closely with the café’s management, reVerb balanced structure with flexibility—ensuring the plan could adapt to changing menus and real-time opportunities. When in-store traffic prevented staff from posting, reVerb stepped in to maintain consistency. Monthly analytics reviews guided content adjustments, helping grow Melt’s online presence and drive engagement.
