Case Study: What We Heard Report: Accelerated Roadwork Program - VLW
reVerb developed a comprehensive What We Heard Report for the City of Edmonton's Valley Line West LRT project, replacing a proposed townhall format with a data-driven approach. The team analyzed over 100 construction inquiries, 42 business outreach sessions, engagement with 80+ businesses and feedback from 3,481 Edmontonians to produce a transparent account of public sentiment during the 2025 accelerated roadwork program. The report demonstrated how feedback informed real-time construction responses and supported future planning decisions.
Case Study: Site Orientation Training Video
reVerb produces professional safety orientation videos for construction sites across Alberta. Professional videos save experienced supervisor time, create consistent worker onboarding, and provide flexibility for arrivals outside scheduled orientation sessions. Built with multiple site scalability in mind, videos can be updated as project phases change or adapted for new sites with minimal cost.
Case Study: Pop-Up Event
When wildfire smoke blanketed Edmonton with an AQHI rating of 10+ on event day, reVerb's pop-up booth strategy for Valley Line West LRT needed real-time adaptation. The team pivoted quickly, delivering strategic engagement that reached thousands of future transit riders at the Downtown Campus Block Party, proving that effective event activation requires serious planning, creative problem-solving, and the agility to execute under pressure.
Project Profile: EXTRA Life Edmonton Media Strategy
reVerb Communications helped grow Extra Life Edmonton from a small volunteer-run gaming fundraiser into a major annual event supporting the Stollery Children’s Hospital. Through media relations, messaging and targeted publicity, we strengthened its public profile and community reach. The event now draws hundreds of participants and raises significant funds for pediatric care and research.
Case Study: Street Teams
reVerb Communications delivered a Street Team program for the Valley Line Southeast and Valley Line West LRT projects that brought real-time outreach directly into Edmonton communities. The team engaged residents often missed by traditional communication methods, shared safety information, answered project questions, and built public confidence during construction. With more than 100 events and nearly 20,000 interactions, the program broadened awareness, supported city staff, and set a new benchmark for accessible, in-person engagement.

Positioned along the downtown pedway system, Melt depended on visual branding and timely communication to attract foot traffic and build a loyal customer base.
reVerb Communications provided full social media support, including the development of a monthly content calendar with photography, post copy, and platform planning. Instagram and Facebook were the primary channels used to highlight product offerings, seasonal features, and promotions.
