Fresh off the desk.
A townhall, replaced with a report residents could read.
We turned a season of construction feedback into a transparent account of what the public said and how it changed the work on the ground.
Case Study: What We Heard Report: Accelerated Roadwork Program - VLW
reVerb developed a comprehensive What We Heard Report for the City of Edmonton's Valley Line West LRT project, replacing a proposed townhall format with a data-driven approach. The team analyzed over 100 construction inquiries, 42 business outreach sessions, engagement with 80+ businesses and feedback from 3,481 Edmontonians to produce a transparent account of public sentiment during the 2025 accelerated roadwork program. The report demonstrated how feedback informed real-time construction responses and supported future planning decisions.
Project Profile: Valley Line Southeast LRT Communications & Engagement
The Valley Line Southeast LRT is a 13-kilometre urban light rail extension connecting Mill Woods to Downtown Edmonton. Delivered through a P3 model by TransEd Partners, the project required sustained public trust and consistent communication through years of construction in residential and high-traffic areas.
reVerb Communications was engaged to support TransEd and the City of Edmonton’s internal communications team.
