Case Study: Inquiry Management - The Hum
One resident reported a mysterious hum near their home. What looked like an isolated complaint became the early signal of a wider problem. Inquiry management working as project intelligence.
Case Study: What We Heard Report: Accelerated Roadwork Program - VLW
reVerb developed a comprehensive What We Heard Report for the City of Edmonton's Valley Line West LRT project, replacing a proposed townhall format with a data-driven approach. The team analyzed over 100 construction inquiries, 42 business outreach sessions, engagement with 80+ businesses and feedback from 3,481 Edmontonians to produce a transparent account of public sentiment during the 2025 accelerated roadwork program. The report demonstrated how feedback informed real-time construction responses and supported future planning decisions.
Case Study: Site Orientation Training Video
reVerb produces professional safety orientation videos for construction sites across Alberta. Professional videos save experienced supervisor time, create consistent worker onboarding, and provide flexibility for arrivals outside scheduled orientation sessions. Built with multiple site scalability in mind, videos can be updated as project phases change or adapted for new sites with minimal cost.
