LRT & Train Construction
Communications and engagement for light rail and train projects, from route planning through construction, testing and opening day.
Communications for LRT projects
An LRT line is built through neighbourhoods where people live, work and travel every day, over several years of construction. reVerb plans communications around the residents, businesses, commuters and partners along the line and the stage of work that affects each of them.

reVerb develops and delivers strategic communications for LRT projects. We work with transit owners, municipalities, engineering firms and contractors on public engagement, stakeholder communications and issues management through every phase of a project.

Key areas of support
Public Engagement & Community Relations
Residents, businesses and commuters live alongside an LRT project for years before the first train runs. We plan and deliver engagement that keeps people informed at each stage and gives them a clear place to raise concerns.
reVerb's accessibility program for Valley Line Southeast LRT is one example of this work.
Explore →Stakeholder Communications
An LRT project brings together the owner, the owner's engineer, the contractor, the transit operator and utility partners. We coordinate messaging among them so the public hears one consistent account of the project.
Explore →Crisis & Issues Management
Construction delays, cost changes and service disruptions draw public and media attention. reVerb prepares response plans ahead of time and supports the project team with accurate, timely answers when an issue breaks.
Explore →Media & Digital Communications
Media relations, video, digital content and social media that explain construction progress, safety and milestones in plain terms.
reVerb also tracks coverage of LRT projects across the country through its Canadian LRT media monitoring service.
