Have we admitted that a data centre application is not business as usual?

Have we come to believe the attention will reach beyond our boundaries, and planned for it?

Have we made a decision about our own story, and does it stand apart from the proponent's?

Have we made an inventory of which questions council decides, and which belong to someone else?

Have we named who speaks for the municipality on each subject, and are they ready for the first call?

If the application went public tomorrow, would we be entirely ready?

Have we let the proponent's fact sheet speak for the proponent, and do residents have ours?

Have we made a list of every resident who wrote in, and has every one of them heard back?

Have we planned what residents will hear from us on the day the application becomes public?

Do we continue to hear about rumours before they reach the council meeting?

Have we sought, through enhanced engagement, to reach the residents who never come to a meeting?

Could we show what was asked, what the answer was and how the decision got made?
